Sleep, people! Let's keep it clean around here! Personally, I've been battling the five-hour overnight sleep pattern, followed by the 90-minute after-work nap. This is now a good thing, for sure...

Too much lately, I need to cut back on the hours. I want to keep my level at a solid 8 hours of sleep per night.

During the summer, I tend to sleep in since I often don't work until mid-morning or later; so I end up probably sleeping around 8-10hrs a day. But now that college started again, and I'm juggling school/homework/study/work/etc all at once, I get maybe 4-5hrs if I'm lucky.

If I get any less than 8 hours then I'm pretty cranky. I'd take much more if I could....and often do

Last evening I fell asleep around 7:30pm, and woke up at midnight. I knew if I got off the couch and went to bed it would be tough to fall asleep, but I was cold and needed some coverage. I finally fell back to snooze-land around 3:30, and then woke up at 6:30am.
Always tired... I have to determine why. It stinks!
