I just have a lot of issues about all this came about in the last couple years... and none of the victims kept a diary, a stained clothing item, told a friend, etc. I don't think he's an angel, but I do feel that Gloria Alread is a money-grubbing attorney who twisted stories into forming an attack on Cosby. It would not surprise me if he ended his life before the sentencing. He lost a daughter late last year, he's certainly running out of money, he's blind, in poor health... there isn't much left here.

Not much left to say. Cosby was found guilty, facing ruin finically and his rep is in tatters. Got to hand it to the victims who came out. It was a different time back then but now its all out in the open.

There is no doubt Gloria Allred is a horrible person, but she didn't represent Andrea Constand in this case and she's not the one who started the downfall of Bill Cosby. She just represents some of the people who have made allegations about him. I doubt he's running out of money though, even though his legal bills must be high. I mean he was about to buy NBC in the 90's, he must have a lot of money.

Most of that money now would be held up legal fees and paying out his victims...
I'm not saying anything about the story of the victims whether its true or not, but I will say that a lot of people knew of his behaviour and said nothing for years, even if they spoke up then they would've been told "yeah right" it took over 15 years for someone to stand up and say "he did this" and after the Winstein scandal its hard to believe what has happened and what hasn't. Hollywood's men are crumbling under pressure to act like a decent person now, no one is backing down..
On the other note his first victim, and then those who came out have either some or no coloration to Cosby, and that's what makes the story odd, and even when he flat out denied anything happened more people came out of the woodwork...
Its hard to point out that he IS a victim: A victim of victims with no idea at what he had done or did to anybody during the times he was alleged to have done.
He's a villain as well, he is both a villain and victim, and his reputation gone, his failing health and his inability now to know what the truth is, its hard seeing it playing out the way he wants to.
My last thoughts are that ONE of these claims is true the others are just lies.

He's both - at different times. At the time when his was misbehaving, he was a villain. He probably hasn't been one in decades. To go after him now seems almost cruel - punishing an old man. But he's been found guilty, so he'll have to suffer the consequences. He's been tarnished forever, he's lost his honorary degrees, and I'll never be able to enjoy him and "Claire" again.

I really couldn't disagree more. I don't find it cruel or inappropriate at all for a man to be punished for a crime he has committed no matter how long ago it was, as long as it was a very serious crime, which this is, not simply misbehaving. The Andrea Constand incident happened 15 years ago and he's been accused of these things going back to the 60's. To let him off the hook just because he's old now wouldn't be justice. What about his victims, don't they deserve some sort of justice? I doubt any of them, who've suffered for decades, feel sorry for him being found guilty.

Well I believe he did it. He's not the first man in Hollywood to do these kinds of things and I really hate the way that some people think that someone like him should be innocent just because they are rich and famous and have a lot of fans. People don't want to believe that their precious celebrities can do evil things just like anybody else and I think that is sickening.
