Which movies do you pop on the DVD/Blu-ray player each Christmas to put you in the holiday spirit?

I'm going to watch Love Actually tonight. I'm also watching Joulukalenteri (i.e. The Christmas Calendar). It's a Finnish TV-series for children and adults. There are 24 episodes - 1 per day until Christmas Eve. In the picture below you can see Pirpana, one of the main characters. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Look Who's Talking Now starring John Travolta and Kristie Alley. Danny DeVito's voice is priceless as Rocks If only doggies could talk!

That's a good Christmas movie I haven't seen in a long time, Nougi. I know my mom watches it every season.

It's a decent Christmas movie, I've watched it twice during the past three Christmas seasons, probably won't watch it this year so that's 2 out of 4 viewings. Worth a watch.

Tonight I went to a local movie theater that was renovated back to its prime. Friends rented the place for the night for the wife's 40th birthday party... And they showed "Elf" on the big screen. Very cool event!

One of my favorite Christmas movies is the Bishops's Wife with Cary Grant, Loretta Young and David Niven. A classic!

This Sunday is first advent, which means all the Christmas things is going up! Also, the first Christmas movie of the season will be viewed, which as always in my house is National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

I usually prefer Nordic, a bit dark Christmas movies. A few weeks ago I saw Arthur Christmas - it was brilliant!

With dark, do you mean cinematography-wise, or story-wise?
