Let's all cross our fingers and hope this is a good jump-start for me! Advocare 24-Day ChallengeKickball season is about to wrap-up for the spring, so I hope to make a good change before summer league begins.

I do a lot of walking, but I'm not one for getting on an exercise bike.

I do a regime 3 times a week and you have to include cardio and carbs (you need them)
x10 starjumps 20x squats 3x3 arm reps 20min cardio 10min cycling 10x burpees 5min criss-cross skip roop Cool down
Always remember the cooldown
