Well I'm the Frenchie Gal on board, I'm a Dorothy on wheels I could have guest starred as Dorothy's Grandma on the Golden Girls! I live in St Olaf's twin town and I've decided to be 42 forever like Blanche!!!

Hello everyone! Sweden represented over here! It's Anders, I decided to get a new username because I was always supposed to get a new one on the old forum because my username there was an old one I used on most if not all forums I was signed up on. I just never got around to it, so this was an excellent opportunity to get a new one. I chose Little Sven for obvious reason, me being a Swede and all. But I also love the character and the episode he appeared in itself.
I'm glad we can keep this party going, kudos to Freddy Peterson for that!

I sent Empty Nest Online creator Matt an email, telling him about the old forum closing down and the new one created, hoping he'll register. I know he hasn't been active for a while on the old forum, but his wealth of knowledge about Empty Nest would be a great addition to this forum, so I hope he'll join soon.

Hello (it's Jacgues here),
My real name is Jarkko and I'm from Finland. The Golden Girls has been one of my favourite comedy TV shows since I was a youngster. Luckily they (YLE - a locac broadcasting company) started to air the show in Finland in the 80's (with a high viewer ratings). For some reason Dorothy has always been my favourite character. Despite the previous, I love them egually.

Hey there! It's gerfluken (Paula) from Delaware. So, so happy to be on the new site (thanks, Jim!). I'm going to be changing my user name here soon- I thought gerfluken sounded like something Rose said in one of her crazy St. Olaf stories, but now I think it just sounds like I sneezed. I'll let you know.....By the way, my favorite GG line that we use in my house regularly is " How about a punch in the puh-face?". It cracks me up every time! Hope to "talk" with you all soon!

I forgot to name my favorite Golden Girl - Rose. It's very hard to choose though, as many of you probably feel as well. I've always favored her over the others a bit, especially when I was a kid and was so happy she shared my Scandinavian roots.

My name is Rob and I live near Liverpool in England. I first discovered The Golden Girls in 2003 and joined Couch Potatoes (or @ccess The Golden Girls as it was then) in 2004. My favourite Golden Girl is Sophia.
