Am I the only one who does this ? I may need to start a new holiday and birthday tradition- love that you do this! You know you're a fan of the show when you spend a lot of time seriously contemplating starting a jello mold collection, mentally map out where you might hang them in your kitchen, give serious thought to minor renovations to accommodate said collection, and you think it would be great to have the exact same ones that are seen in the girls' kitchen. I really want that lobster jello mold!!!

....... Im seeing my life mirroring the girls' - the pope is coming to my town soon, I had a home security salesman come to my home and scare me with horrible statistics and crazy prices, I've been getting into my pj's and bath robe earlier and earlier each evening and just hanging out, and I've had this thing for nectarines lately. I've always disliked nectarines! I really think I'm turning into Sophia.

You know you're a Golden Girls fan when...
... you pour yourself a drink, pop in a DVD of season three, doze off, and subsequently have a dream about a murder investigation involving Dorothy Zbornak and Elsie Von Uteruden from back in St. Olaf, who stayed up for 17 days straight in a rocking chair marathon, which she wouldn't be able to accomplish without the moral support of her children. And her husband. And his cattle prod.
(This actually happened last night. Unfortunately, I can't remember who was murdered, but the prime suspect arose suspicion after taking Elsie for a ride in his horse and buggy all the while ignoring Dorothy's repeated phone calls)
