If you go back to the days before internet, cable television and when rabbit ears brought the signal into the one big television in the family living room, then you are thinking of the television programs many consider "classics."
What are your favorites?
I Love Lucy is one of the tops. The comedy team of Lucy, Ricky, Fred and Ethel just doesn't get much better. Yes, the story lines were simpler, but the laughs were tremendous.
I am also a big fan of The Mary Tyler Moore Show. The ensemble cast made for quality humor, and the stars all shared the spotlight and laughs equally.
What are some of your favorite classic sitcoms?

Benny Hill Show (he was such a great entertainer), All in the Family, Loveboat, Kenny Everett Show, 'Allo 'Allo...

Cupid Stunt had me in hysterics: just looking at Kenny Everett dressed in a blonde wig, plastic bosom and a blue dress (resembling Dolly Parton) and flinging his legs everywhere just... just had me on the floor..! "It's all done in the best possible taste!

Yes but those are for US residents only and my VPN does not always work properly enough on those sites not to mention you need a US payment method. Those kind of restrictions really get on my nerves. Thanks for pointing those sites out anyway Jim.
