While it's still a couple weeks away, Halloween is definitely in full force in the stores. Costumes, candy and all that goes with it fill the orange-and-black shelves. And, tonight one of my favorites - A Peanuts Halloween - airs on television.
Does anyone here celebrate Halloween? What about our international members? What's your favorite part of the holiday? And your costume choice...

I haven't celebrated in a loooong time, but one year my boyfriend and I went out on a Halloween bar crawl dressed as clowns. It was great until we got home at 3am, tired and drunk, and had to take all the clown makeup off. Ugh! These days most of the kids in my neighborhood have grown and gone off to college so not many trick-or- treaters. We did buy pumpkins to carve though, and I love the half price candy in the stores the day after!

I've never been one for this - in all my years, I'd never gone trick or treating. I'd never even heard of it, growing up.

Halloween came very late to us here in Sweden, but finally the powers that be decided they wanted to get in on the cash cow as well. I wish they could have started when I was a kid, I would have loved it. Trick or Treating is not very common that I know of, but it does happen and the stores sell a bunch of stuff.
I love this time of year, as a huge horror buff. I always have two big horror marathons, one with a couple of friends and one with my mom and stepdad. I used to dress up the apartment with cobwebs and other cool stuff, but haven't done so in a long time, don't really know why.
Next Friday, me and a couple of friends are going to watch the Psycho movies, all four of them.
