I recently made a little Paleo dinner - frozen turkey breast, a big can of sauerkraut, a can of carrots and some mushrooms. I threw it in a slow cooker for about 8 hours, and WOW it was good!

We're having lasagna tonight. I don't want to brag or anything, but my wife is an absolutely amazing cook! She is self-taught, which is even more impressive. She usually cooks a lot of Thai dishes, since she's from Thailand, but she can cook other dishes too with ease. Her lasagna is one of my favorite dishes, she serves it with some lettuce and garlic and I usually have a beer to go along with it. My mouth is getting watery just thinking about it now!

I'm not much of a cook but yesterday I made a brunch casserole with eggs, tater tots, mushroom, red pepper, onion and cheddar cheese. It wasn't too bad. I may try to expand my cooking horizons.
