It's in the upper 60s in Indiana today... overcast and a bit windy.

Perfect chili weather.

One of my favorite recipes for chili is from AllRecipes.com - Chili by George. Fairly simple, and always good to the bottom of the bowl.

Is anyone else a chili fan? And do you put noodles in your chili?

I"m a chili fan Jim definately and I'm positive NEVER put noodles in your chili!!! I like spicy food in general but I remember the first time I ate chili it was 25 years ago in a French Riviera restaurant it was a family reunion we had fun and that gave the chili some kind of special flavour I guess. :kitchen:

I even sang Let It Be! Picture it a saucepan sings better than I do! :silly:Close your ears guys!
