Prince's songs have never been my cup of tea, but his death saddens me. He died far too young. His impact on music in general is also important. His way to disregard the boundaries of gender issues and sexuality has increased the amount of tolerance (at least) in the Western world. Thank you, Prince.

It's amazing how the media continues to string out the story... if he had an addiction to painkillers, who will handle his estate, the rumored music vault, filled with thousands of songs, tracks and recordings for future use...
I saw him in concert twice, and he was a pretty amazing musician. I also remember being fascinated by the "Batdance" video from the Michael Keaton "Batman" film.
