This is seems to be a popular show among us. The show has been going for seven seasons so far and it has already been greenlit for three more, making it last at least 10 seasons.

I'm totally addicted. I can't wait for the next season to see how Sheldon evolves (after his "getting away" phase).

Loved this season's evolutions: the kiss, the proposal....

Since I haven't seen the seventh season yet (don't have the channel that airs it) I'll refrain from reading posts regarding the events from the past season.
Do anyone else think The Big Bang Theory has had its peak a couple of seasons back? Don't get me wrong, I love the show, but I think it became too popular for its own good. The geeky humor seems to be watered down, aimed more to the mainstram audience as a result and they are leaning on the typical sitcom clichés as well.

oh oh!
Money's rearing it's ugly head. The cast apparently wants more for their next contract....

oh oh! Money's rearing it's ugly head. The cast apparently wants more for their next contract.... Isn't that standard? I think it's more or less standard procedure to get a raise when signing a new contract when you're starring in a TV-show.

I have all six seasons on DVD.
I like the characters, but there were a couple I couldn't figure out: Leslie Winkle and Priya.

Only those three? I think they should get an equal amount of money, even though they play somewhat bigger parts. Surprised they only got 300K each per episode before this 700K raise. I guess sitcom stars don't make the money the stars from Friends, Frasier and Seinfeld made back in the 90's/early 2000's?

My two favorites are:
Sheldon's reaction to Penny following a present
and
What Sheldon does to Amy after she told a lie.

yes they do. in terms of airing in syndication and regular airing world wide, the show has got ratings in Friends territory. When you do that, you deserve a raise. i mean....friends did. also in their last 3 seasons. 1 cool mil per episode. So why not this show?

I love this show ! It's so sad about Susi though . On a side note did you now that Casey Sander who plays Bernadettes father in the show also guest starred in an episode of the Golden Girls ! He played Little Sven ! Lol
